Elianna

Founder

A classically trained pastry chef, Elianna has held roles in management and sales since 2019. She joined the founding team of a New Brunswick-based startup in 2023 and oversaw the launch, development, and growth of the business as General Manager. Elianna provides holistic expertise in operations, people strategy, marketing, and overall success of newly launched storefronts. She enjoys traveling and resides in Northern NJ with her husband and pet rabbits, Cappuccino & Crouton.

Sergio

Managing Partner

Sergio is an experienced financial professional with nearly a decade of sales experience across a variety of large organizations. He currently manages enterprise client relationships with firms across the U.S. Sergio provides strategic guidance to Arbor Leaf Advisory and oversees business administration. He enjoys golfing, musical instruments and travel.
